Intellect devourer - a brain with four legs
The adventurers attempted to rescue a grey dwarf from Ezradaur the mind flayer. The rescued dwarf turned out to have an intellect devourer living in it's mindless body, which was discovered when the devourer attacked Caius. Ezradaur was quite upset that the party stole and killed the "pet".
