Baron Roche, a human noble who collects taxes from the people near Cantos Wood. Stationed guards (or brigands) to "protect" villagers from Firbolg and Woodelves. Battle erupted between humans and the non-humans. The conflict smoldered on over course of about 30 years with regular flare-ups. Roache sent more reinforcements and with a final push, victory was complete. Humans and elves took heavy losses, the remaining Elves had fled, the entire Firbolg tribe was no more.
