Jorlan

A male Drow stationed at Velkynvelve. He has extensive scarring down the right side of his face and body. During the captivity of the adventurers in Velkynvelve, he spent some time in front of the prison entrance regaling a quaggoth with a tale of how his mother has let some cats escape, a number of years before. For some reason, this lead both Cais Foxglove and Jimjar to seem to believe he would help them gain their freedom.

He seems to give funny handshakes.
