Dalglee Hahsh is a Bwap that works for Sternmore Intergalactic's Corporate Intelligence Unit.

He gave the travellers an assigment to go on a fact finding mission towards the Calendula. When the travellers returned with knowledge of what happened aboard (or perhaps because of what they learned after crashing), he arrested them and threw them in the Murdok prison.
