Plooploopeen is a kuo toa archpriest who worships the Sea Mother. He has a son Gloogluglog, and a daughter Blipbloppod.

After the attempted summoning of the Deep Father by his daughter and the subsequent destruction of the town of Sloodublop, his fate is unknown.
