Ilvara of House Mizzrym is a Drow priestess of Lolth, who administers the outpost of Velkynvelve, where the adventurers were first held captive. Stool introduced her to the adventurers as The Mean One. Not much is known of her personal life, other than that she has taken on Shoor as a lover (of sorts), and that there seems to be some bad blood between Jorlan and herself.
During the escape of the adventurers from Velkynvelve, she was grievously injured.
At one time, she was heard screaming to Shoor about how her 'perfect collection' needed to be preserved.
She has not harmed any of the adventurers, but killed Sarith (who was already injured) out of hand when she saw him.
