A wererat is a therianthropic rat-creature (often human, but sometimes other humanoids) afflicted with something similar to the lycanthropy which creates werewolves.
Topsy and Turvy were the first wererats our heroes encountered. Later, in the outskirts of Blingdenstone, they met Chipgrin Goldwhisker.
