Gorlack is a duergar and member of the Stone Guard of Gracklestugh. He lusts for magic and not money.
Gorglak has a feud with Werz Saltbaron. Werz believes Gorglak to be corrupt. Werz suggested Gorlak may have been responsible for the Empty Scabbards' attempt at murdering him.
Later, in what seemed Lorthio's alchemist lab, an incriminating letter was discovered, supporting Werz's accusation.
