Rhys Peters is an administrator working for Sternmore Minerals. He is in charge of all operations on Murdok and oversees the mining operation, Sterntown, and the Murdok Starport.
Rhys Peters was Persy's direct manager when Persy worked for Sternmore Minerals.
Rhys Peters a company man who has sacrificed his personal life for his career. He's not particularly thrilled with living on Murdok, but he's hoping his stint here will gain him favor at corporate HQ and be good for his long term career opportunities.
When the travellers return to Sterntown and are arrested by Dalglee Hahsh due to their adventures aboard the Calendula and in the Murdok wilderness, it is Rhys who breaks them out of prison and arranges for their transport off-world.
He also asks them to take care of his son, Stigo Peters.
