The Shattered Spire is a bar in the trading district of Gracklestugh near the docks.
It is here the adventurers met Werz Saltbaron and first saw evidence that perhaps something strange was afoot, as they came to realize that a fight had broken out, but no one knew why.
The Shattered Spire is also where Caius first plays his new lute, supported by Kais and Bree, refining his performance of "Resist the Abyss".
